Emplyers still use drug tests to hire employees. Last i checked, THC in the system meant no job. What has been created is a pot industry which is the only place a pot head can get a job. Insurance companys are NOT going to budge on this issue so you may as well keep on raiding so the pot heads will actually do something productive to contribute to society.

Not every employer does a drug test and most only do it when they hire a new person. After someone gets a new job and passes the test they can pick it back up, no big deal. EVERY pot smoker I know has a job and some have really good ones.

I'd like to see more points made about the fact that we have soldiers who come back from serving their country in Iraq and Afghanistan who may decide to smoke cannabis to help overcome PTSD or other injuries and if caught can suddenly become damn felons.
