What is this? Are the students given a choice in their religious belief? If they subscribed to a different belief or perhaps none at all (atheism)---is that allowed?

Also, did these kids arrive at their belief by thoughtful consideration and full understanding of all the world's religions OR---were they indoctrinated or forced to comply since they were infants?
