@JohnnyRock2000 what bologny. Israel does not nor will it shape Canadian foreign policy. Canada has supported Israel since their reformation as a nation in 1948. Perhaps you should study Canadian foreign policy much closer. Even if prime ministers in the past have spoken out against Israel (not since Chretien for sure) then they only did so for the PR, as the policies show Canada has been a long standing ally of Israel, and rightly so.

For support of Israel's right wing policy, Jews encourage a foreign policy, especially in the middle east that is far right wing. You are confusing domestic and foreign policy. I am a sympathizer of Israel but I think that I as PM mister Harper should moderate in public his passion and admiration for Israel. Because when he talks he is doing so in behalf of a all nation. It is fine point all the achievement accomplished by the Israelis and to express support and friendship, but I think saying that an attack on Israel means an attack on Canada is a little too dangerous and unnecessary comment.
