@OmgDaNinjaProduct it is but the options just go to 720. 1080 quality just means the video is 1080p quality. it doesnt matter what setting your watching the video on (except 240p of course) it will look as good as 1080p. besides 720p is just as good as 1080 if very VERY minor differnces. 1080 just makes the video slower and increases upload time.
