@Beamerri Sometimes you can buy them at a good craft store like A.C. Moore or Michael. Maybe even Jo Ann's Fabrics might have one, but they will all be the smaller more inexpensive kind. I don't know how well they work. You can search online for knitting machines as well and see where you could possibly buy one locally. But I suggest you look up reviews on a certain model you might consider buying and see if others have had a hard time with it or not. Not all machines are created equal.
It looks like a Babe spinning wheel from Babes fiber garden. Unless the one she's using is home made that's the only place I've seen making spinning wheels from pvc pipe. They have plenty of pics on the site.
Sometimes I notice knitting machines in the background, can anyone direct me. I'd love to get one .

I dont know where she got the spinning wheel from. It is an odd looking thing for sure! LOL, but it seems to work just fine, she's still using it.

TangledBara, I saw Suzy yesterday and she was spinning away again on the same spinning wheel.
I took a look at the stickers on it, and it is indeed a Babe Fiber Garden wheel.
Good eye you've got there to notice what company made the PVC wheel. :-)
