After seeing this I had to watch Snatch again. To be honest I never expected a Snatch parody from Touhou fans, though I'm very entertained by this.

yes, sorry, it's extra track from Unreal Tournament 2004. I have IOSYS and UT OSTs together in my ipod, mixed it :P

That's not an unreasonable thought. Based on the tags, music, and style of the video, it appears to be a parody of the opening to the movie "Snatch", which was what inspired the opening to Baccano and, to an extent, Durarara.
