It is a short guy in a special suit. If you watch closely at 1:14 you can see his feet and legs. His feet only reach the knees though. Also, around :27 to :32 you can see his knees bunched up in the shirt.

@randombackwash some of us like the whole idea of illusion. It's great to watch if they can pull it off. It's not about being fooled but about enjoying the illusion. I will admit I didn't enjoy as much as I should've because I read your comments first. It spoiled the whole act for me actually. However I do realise there are times when I wished there was an explanation for an illusion and there is none.

the legs are a full person jus he is bending over into the table!! thats why they cut off the table before they put the legs back attatched the the OTHER guy who was probably born missing the bottom torso down. Also in the end when they attach them back i believe that is some full other body black guy that jus somehow moves his body like it was separated before kevin james bended him back then 'stapled' him together
