Until we have proper proof or our Ulamah warn us against Sudais we should refrain. This reminds me of the time when Fahd died '05. And Sudais made duaa where he cried and prayed for him. SO some muslims thought it was right to make takfir on sudais because he prayed over a munafiq. Yet the Prophet prayed janazah over a Hypocrite, even though he wont be forgiven by Allaah. Takfir is a heavy issue. Scholars look at every possibility b4 judging so why should we throw that around as if it nothing..
