That was a prank I believe. She's actually just 16

She's an April Fools prank and then she was made into an actual vocaloid. You see, she was made as a chimera (half dragon) and her voice isn't as steady cuz' it was made from male voices. So in dragon years she was 32 or 31 and she's really 15. ^^
