Where did you get this clip?? I remember both of the people in this video!!! This was filmed in Kentucky in the late 1980's..This was an excerpt from an amateur series of films known as the Paperboy movies..The one driving the VW was Russ Hoover and the other with the broken cigarette lighter was James Pearson.
