I wish Pat Miletich would write a book. Some of his insights are fascinating.

He can very intelligently talk about violence and fighting in a calm, detached sort of way.

Great video, I'm sure that training there is tough. Looks like he asks a lot from his fighters, but when it's time to fight, they give it their all.
