The animes from this video I have seen most, I'm glad that I at least know mahou shoujo animes from part 4 rather than 5 or 6 really do feel ashamed for not knowing from 3 and under, I LOVE ST.TAIL! :D

Basically, she has a vampire dad and a werewolf mom and as a result she can take the form of a person she bites for a period of time. She has a little brother and he also has some different power. I didn't want to spoil it but it is a very old anime, so.
