Peter Criss wrote this song. He is one of the four founding members and he is just as much, as Gene and Paul, the reason why KISS are successful. I respect Eric Singer and Tommy, but also the originals. If you call yourself a KISS fan you should at least respect the original members, that made this beautiful music you are listening to.

@texasboy1287 Ummm...well...Beth is a little more sentimental in N. America...because at the time...there were other competing bands out of/and in Europe at the time. (1976). SAGA...and the likes. To us here...it meant g/f heartbreaks...and really did define out teen years musically back then.

Music and familiar smells...are the closest thing we have to a time machine right now...and this song takes you right back...to the very first night you heard it in the back of your new '75 Camaro.

This song would not have been what it was if it was not for Bob Ezrin who re-arranged it with Gene's help. Listen to the demo called "beck" if you ever find it anywhere. Peter should be KISSING their asses for turning this song into what it became. The original song is AWFUL.
