  • I have made the tofu scramble for years...however I do the veggies first in a small amount of olive oil, then add tofu that has been rinsed and dry and cut with a pastry cutter to appear more like scrambled egg..as well as the onion powder and nutritional yeast I add about 1/2 tsp of tumeric to give it the colour of real scrambled egg..I add about 1/4 tsp sea salt and pepper as well..It tastes awesome and my family who are not vegan also enjoy...I will try the recipe by everydaydish anyway

  • @NorthrnAngel Sounds awesome!

  • Nice presentation, thank you. I have been putting curry powder in my tofu scramble instead of the nutritional yeast so I think I'll switch now. Didn't think of the granulated onion either, so now it's off to the food coop to get a small amount to try.

  • "if your watching your weight you might not want to add that splash of olive oil"

...excuse me but wtf? thats extreme. I have to say this meal looks bland as hell

  • I see people cooking with Tofu a lot now, I am from north idaho so it's not typically apart of our diets. What is tofu exactly and why is it used in cooking so much now?

  • All those helpless onions.

  • One word...... BACON!!!!

  • It just needs.... BACON STRIIPS

  • brb getting Bacon.

  • eggs?? its not vegan but thx for the vid dis is amazing :D

  • im so glad i found this channel! I'm just interested in becoming vegan because it's so healthy and great for the environment (: plus, it's sustainable.

  • Thank you so much for the inspiration!, I am a long-time Vegetarian interested in becoming Vegan and I really enjoyed this dish. Thanks again!.

  • Unfertilized eggs are good for veggies . It doesn`t have a face . :)

  • @VonLeachim Earth Balance is a vegan buttery spread .They also make soy milk and i think a nut better but I do not use those products.Once in a while I put some on a slice of Rye toast or use in place of the oil like in this recipe .I do really try to limit my fats so I do use sparingly.

  • I love how you say "its exactly what you want"

  • tofu is one of my favorite! definitely gonna try this next morning, looks so yummy, thx for sharing!

  • just made this scramble and it is wonderful ! I used red onion and red bell ,wished I had was out of mushrooms they would be good too :-) I added a tiny bit of Earth Balance instead of the oil .wonderful dish .Thank you for posting it .I need to right it down so I don't forget it :-) thanks !

  • @Eslah123 'earth balance ' sounds fun but what's the thing made of....

  • Can't wait to try this, lol, looked so good I could almost smell it cooking!

  • I just made this dish with some basil and vegan cheese.. THIS WAS TRULY AMAZING if anyone wants to see the pic of it go to facebook and look up Darryl Roberts Chicago. its in my mobile uploads.

  • That looks great. I will try is as a breakfast for dinner dish. But, I may add a piece of bacon... or turkey bacon..

  • Mm looks delicious in the process of making this eye turner, here here for the chirping birds in the backround!

  • you look unhealthy lady

  • So making this for my vegan girlfriend. I bet she misses scrambled eggs (even if she doesn't admit it). Vegetarian here, having a hard time kicking eggs and dairy but-- as they say-- baby steps.

  • @zig023 honestly, stopping eating dairy gave the most noticeable health improvements YMMV

  • Currently watching this video as I cook today.

  • I am going to try this!

  • Why on earth are you using 'granulated' onion and yeast FLAKES with a wholefood????

  • @carriemaizey The yeast comes in flakes. There's no other way to get it. It tastes cheesy so that's why it's so good. The granulated onion is well, not a highly processed food, so I don't understand the complaint. btw yeast flakes have B12, which is lacking in vegan diets, so it's a good thing from both a flavor and a nutritional standpoint.

  • Compassionate warriors United.

    Vegan FTW.

  • i am not e vegan, but everyone who laughs at vegans is fool. simply!

  • Is the kitchen so high or u so small? :-) It looks funny but perfect.

  • Any tofu I buy is like jelly.. no firmness in it at all.. where can you get the firm stuff?

  • @doyle430 You're probably buying the silken variety, which has a gelatinous texture and is sold in bricks that don't necessarily require refrigeration. Look for regular firm or extra-firm tofu, packed in water and sold in the refrigerated section. It has a more curd-like texture, which is what you want when scrambling it in this recipe.

  • Yumi! That dish looks very delicious!

  • @8478275

It is NOT even an OMELET- NO EGGS !

  • @8478275 it's not an olmet you moron! Tofu Breakfast Scramble (vegan - no meat! no milk! no eggs!)

  • Just made this. Was wonderful. Used onions, garlic, bell peppers and mushrooms. Served on wholegrain toast for a really hearty, filling, tasty breakfast. Makes a nice alternative to my usual green smoothies for breakfast. Thank you!

  • What is medium-high heat?

  • Is that a Suki Teapot you're using?

  • totally looks yummy and like eggs :) I wonder if my husband would notice the tofu isn't eggs >.>

  • @Armywifegurl did he notice....

  • I'm in love with her. I need a women like that to cook me delicious vegan meals and look good doing it. I have never left a comment on youtube before now.

  • People need to eat this and animal meats :D

  • Man, the comments here are all so hateful. Why can't everyone just respect our dietary choices? I eat meat and it's great, but if I didn't have it I'd be ok. Fruits and vegetables can be equally as delicious, even more so, if prepared in good ways. So I respect vegans and vegetarians. Why can't everyone else?

  • This looks really good - I myself am not vegan or vegetarian but am trying to incorporate more healthy choices into my diet. I really enjoy tofu, it's a newfound favourite of mine. Just wondering - where does one find nutritional yeast? Grocery store? Health food store? What exactly is nutritional yeast? I'm really interested in trying this recipe out, but have never heard of this ingredient until now.

  • @pianoister You'll find it at most health food stores and also "Trader Joes" It is also called "Brewers Yeast"

  • @ChowHallCommando Nutritional yeast is NOT brewers yeast.... two completely different things.

  • @precious014e Gee, I'm sorry if you were offended. My mistake

  • @ChowHallCommando I wasn't offended. People need to know it isn't the same thing... "Many people confuse nutritional yeast with brewer's yeast or Torula yeast. Brewer's yeast is a byproduct of the brewing industry, and Torula yeast is typically grown on waste products, such as those from the wood pulp industry." I would include links to websites that explain the differences but youtube doesn't allow links.

  • @pianoister Do you have a trader joe's, whole foods, or wegmans by where you live? If so you can find it there. Nutritional yeast, like she said is full of vitamins and minerals, and it kind of has a cheesy-flavor. It really pulls together the other flavors and adds a nice enhancement with its own flavor.

  • Eating vegan pussy is preferred and referred by me....

  • Thank you for sharing!! I love your instructional tofu videos <3

  • FYI: This is an instructional video for making a "Tofu Scramble". At no point in the video was diet choices and the morality of one's decisions brought into play.

Any argument of meat vs plant base diets was brought here by fools that completely missed the point.

P.S. The host is freaking hawt!

  • lol;

  • We have herbivore teeth because of our rounded jaw and molars. If we were made to eat flesh, we would be able to bite into an antelope or cow. I suggest you try it sometime.

  • wow i cant eat all that there is like half a pound of tofu in there

  • Thank you very much for teaching us (me) in such a nice way. You made a great job and I just can't wait to try it. Once again, thank you so much.

  • Eating meat will become a "personal choice" when it doesn't involve the suffering and death of sentient creatures and befouling of the air, oceans, and groundwater we all share.

It is unsustainable and unnecessary. Period.

  • @eljagg01 tofu is discusting and animals are not sentient

  • @LuceoLeo Unfertilized eggs are good for veggies . It doesn`t have a face . :)

  • @LuceoLeo and you're hiding your sad little life from reality. Go continue living your life in a small little shell.

  • @LuceoLeo Do you actually know what the word "sentient" means?

  • @betsyny1 yes I know what it means, tom cruise is in their cult :S

  • @eljagg01 Nothing is sustainable with continuous population growth. The "unsustainable effect" of eating meat is a symptom, not a cause. Humans don't have natural enemies and our population will grow until overpopulation starts killing so many of us that it reaches a balance.

Control the population. Solve the problem. Treating the symptom doesn't help in long run.

  • @eljagg01 I like to slaughter my food before i eat it yum yum bacon strips so good

  • @eljagg01 animals aren't sentient

  • @LuceoLeo Define "sentient" Go ahead, look it up and get back to us

  • @eljagg01

How about this?; Humans are naturally omnivores. That means we are naturally suposed to eat a combo of meat and non-meats (vetarian stuff).

We can and are suppossed to eat anything that isnt what decomposers eat (dead stuff,

    and rotten stuff).

So people who are vegetarian/ vegan are not only pussies, but are also defying what is good and ment for your body. While blood thirsty jerks who eat only or mainly meat are defying whats good and ment for your body.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 You are sooo misinformed. We are herbivores. If you did your research you would know this.

  • @MissPandaaaz

Ive done my research, Humans are Omnivores.

Just beacause we dont get meat as well as other species doesnt mean

we're not ment to. As in just beacause we dont have sharp claws and teeth fast speed

ect, doesnt mean we arent ment to do it.

Plus, if we truly were Herbivores, then if we were to eat meat our bodies would reject it.

We would get sick, and vomit, and we wouldnt be able to do it.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 Humans need protein. What has LOADS of protein? Tofu. Beans. Broccoli. Spinach. ETC. We do not NEED meat.

Really? Our bodies would reject meat if we weren't supposed to eat it? Why the fuck do you think we COOK meat? I dare you to try eating some chicken breast raw. Tell me you wont vomit.

You clearly have not done your research. Our bodies types do NOT match omnivores bodies.

    ht tp : // michaelbluejay . com/ veg /natural. html

  • @MissPandaaaz we can digest meat, we can use the meat's protein, we do not get sick from eating meat. our body doesn't care if the protein is from meat or from tofu, as long as it isn't always the same protein source (so we eat enough of every amino acid), it's all good. by the way, i cook my vegetables too, because i would have to vomit if i didn't.

there is meat that you can eat raw (google tartare). but try eating eggs or cereal raw. you see, your argument invalid.

  • @MissPandaaaz

The reason why if we were to eat raw food and vomit, is because we are a special type of omnivore. We are pretty much the only type that can eat meat WITH the exception that it has been cooked. If you were to give raw beef to a cow, it would reject it,

if you were to give cooked beef to a cow, it would still reject it.

    And for all other Omnivores/Carnivores,

they dont care wich way it is as long as it is meat.

  • @MissPandaaaz

The reason humans have always done this is because thats what we are.

Before people even knew what Carnivores, omnivores, and herbevores where.

Before there was even really any science, people did it.

And people AWAYS will do it.

I eat meat cause it tastes GOOOOOOD. I dont give a shit if some animal who is so low on intelligence that it cant really comprehend aything is killed for me.

I also do it because my body needs it. And im just like most of the human population.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 Ethical consideration isn't based on intelligence. Unless you enjoy cannibalizing those with mental deficits, I'm sure you can agree. It is perceptual abilities, that is, the ability to suffer from this-or-that action, which is at play here. If you believe humans are magically different from the milllions of other species forming the Animal kingdom we share in that capacity, I'm wondering where you learned biology.

  • @eljagg01

Ethical consideration is based on intelligence. A chicken cant decide weather or not to kill 5 orphans, a human can. We are smarter.

If you kill the animals fast, they dont suffer. And yes we are magically different from the Animal kingdom.

We have EXTREME intelligence that is insanely higher than other animals, we build advanced structures, Societys, languages, Cultures, We know so much about science.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 "We are magically different from the Animal kingdom"?

    ....Oh wow.....

Which of the others do you think we belong to, then, exactly? Plantae? Fungi? Monera? Which one?

Repeating ad inifinitum that human beings are smarter (subjective) is quite silly.

I'm asking you why intelligence is the criterion on which ethical rights should be granted or denied, and you refuse to answer

  • @eljagg01

Through our intelligence and knowlege we have become the Superior and Dominant

species of teh Entire Planet. We could set the world on fire in 20 minutes through nuclear weapony, we can engineer viruses. We can build structure that are thousands of feet high. We can kill any animal that stands against us. We can create electricity and electronics. We can eat anything really. We can instantly communicate with any other human no matter where they are.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 "Superior" is subjective. I agree we have terrifying potential to destroy the planet, though.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 You don't think meat tastes good...when was the last timed, unspiced, RAW meat, again?

Your body doesn't "need meat"! How absurd! Your body needs nutrients, of which there is not a single one found only in animal products, let alone only in meat.

  • @eljagg01 *last time you ate

  • @eljagg01

Just look at where the Human species is in the year 2012 a.d

And then look at every other species in the year 2012 a.d

Every other creature lives because we allow them to.

Like 97% ish of all other creatures just run on instinct alone. Like a computer program.

They have no emotions, no intelligence, so self awareness.

The only species that we know of that are smart enough to be self aware are elephants, dolphins, apes, and a few others. The dumb animals dont get rights.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 Aaaaand you just spouted the biological equivalent of saying bats are birds and some sky man zapped us here.

I'm genuinely-curious: where were you educated?

  • @eljagg01

Yeah, we cant eat raw meat. Like i said, special circumstances.

Most of the population DOES it some amount of meat.

They LIKE it. And they would eat more if they could.

Its so expensive because there is less of it. If you looke at food chains.

A LARGE amount of plant eaters can only satisfy a small amount of meat eaters.

And a LARGE amount of in the middle food chain wise meat eaters can only satisfy a sper small amount of meat eaters.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 The incidence of dietary-related disease is proportional to a population's meat and dairy consumption.

The amount of resources needed to produce a pound of meat versus even ten pounds of plant-based food is astronomical.

Again, I take it you haven't traveled extensively?

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 "Most of the human population" eats very little to no meat, actually, because in most countries there are no artificial government subsidizations of the meat industry. Meat is expensive, and rightly-so: the resources required vs the amount of food yielded is grossly inefficient.

I suspect you haven't traveled extensively, and don't know much at all about food production systems?

  • @eljagg01

So a 100 sheep could satisfy maybe a pack of wolves.

And a pack of wolves could satisfy maybe one human.

We are at the very top of the food chain. We need LOTS of meat, and barely any plants.

So basically we are dominant. We are superior. And if a species cant comprehend its own existence. Then it gets no rights. Submit to our will or suffer.

People have always been omnivores. People always will be.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 You just spouted the nutritional equivalent of saying the Earth is flat, as well as some truly archaic might-makes-right "ethical" system.

  • @MissPandaaaz

So basically Shut The Fuck Up.

The vast majority of humans in the past, present, and future agree with me.

We are omnivores. And you can keep on pushing your vegetarian/vegan crap all you want, while the rest of us are gonna enjoy our delecious.... mmmmmm.... fried chicken..... oop, sorry, meat, and non-meats. That are also healthy.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 Your blatant argumentum ad populums aside, we're not omnivores. W're obligate herbivores who are capable of omnivorism (although the dietary diseases striking those who consume meat-heavy, Western-style diets shows us just how ideal that is).

That's not "crap"- it's the consensus of the field of human nutrition.

What data are you referencing if not that?

You joke about eating fried chicken- you might as well say "I'm going to go eat myself into an early grave".

  • @eljagg01

About us being capable omnivores. Im not sure if I worded it right, but I was basically saying that we can easily be herbivores. But we can also be omnivores under the right circumstanses. And for 1000's of years weve had the right circumstances.

Yes, it is crap, you need meat, because it has much higher quantaties of the stuff we need that both meat and plants have. And it has stuff thats unique to it.

Im referencing public education, scientific and medical studies common knowlege

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 No human being "needs" meat.

If you say otherwise, you evidently have access to a groundbreaking and extremely recent nutritional study which the entire human nutritional field is ignorant.

    We're waiting.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 "It is the position of the American Dietetic Association (the largest national organization of certified nutritionists) that appropriately planned vegetarian diets, including total vegetarian or vegan diets, are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. Well-planned vegetarian diets are appropriate for individuals during all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 infancy, childhood, and adolescence, and for athletes. A vegetarian diet is defined as one that does not include meat (including fowl) or seafood, or products containing those foods. This article reviews the current data related to key nutrients for vegetarians including protein, n-3 fatty acids, iron, zinc, iodine, calcium, and vitamins D and B-12. A vegetarian diet can meet current recommendations for all of these nutrients.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 An evidence-based review showed that vegetarian diets can be nutritionally adequate in pregnancy and result in positive maternal and infant health outcomes. The results of an evidence-based review showed that a vegetarian diet is associated with a lower risk of death from ischemic heart disease. Vegetarians also appear to have lower low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, and lower rates of hypertension and type 2 diabetes than

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 han nonvegetarians. Furthermore, vegetarians tend to have a lower body mass index and lower overall cancer rates. Features of a vegetarian diet that may reduce risk of chronic disease include lower intakes of saturated fat and cholesterol and higher intakes of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, soy products, fiber, and phytochemicals."

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 I'll ask one last time: what data are you referencing, and what nutrient do you mistakenly believe is only found in meat?

  • @MissPandaaaz

Also its a well knon fact that humans NEED protien.

And what has LOADS of protein? Meat.

    We eat meat.

Humans NEED other types of nutrients and minerals ect that are exclusive to plants,

and what do we eat? Plants.

    Humans are naturally Omnivores.

  • @eljagg01

Humans arent carnivores (blood thirsty people),

    Humans arent herbavores (pussy vetarians/vegans),

Humans ARE omnivores (normal people like me).

I'll eat a DELECIOUS piece of fried chicken or some steak, and I'll like it, then I'll turn around and eat some DELECIOUS pasta or salad, and I'll like it.

    And its healthy.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 Speak for yourself, sweetheart.

Just because you eat meat doesn't mean all of humanity does.

    Quite the opposite.

  • @eljagg01

I know not all of humanity does, but most of it.

  • @CoDfan2011mw2 You are a fucking idiot.

  • @eljagg01 THANK YOU!!!!

  • The only reason I dislike 99% of Vegetarians and Vegans is the pious stench coming from them. You were born made of meat, just like every other animal in the world. Nature tells you to kill to survive, it's a basic instinct in ANY animal, aside the leaf eaters. You are a very tiny percentage of people on this earth that do not eat meat or animal biproducts. You're nothing special, just different. Stop being all high and mighty, and you wouldn't have so many "haters".

  • she is so smart hmmm

  • wat is tofu

  • @you4gonna2eat0dat if you know that cheese is curd of milk, then tofu is curd of soya milk.

  • @valen0011 Hey I don't attack vegetarians or vegans, don't attack my beliefs or diet!

  • I'm a Buddhist who eats chicken, fish and turkey, and dairy products. Dalai Lama does too so I don't feel so guilty. Love Tofu!

  • tofu is supernatural its a shapeshifter it will take on the form of anything!!!!!

  • I am so happy to finally find a vegan cooking channel. This looks delicious!

  • I'd rather have a bacon roll

  • Refusing to eat flesh should be outlawed and declared high treason! Since Cato the Elder did eat meat in order to preserve his strength for the state (according to Plutarch): “…and that the meat or fish which was bought in the market for his dinner, did not cost above thirty asses. All which was for the sake of the commonwealth, that so his body might be the hardier for the war.” But since crucifixion is no longer available death by firing squad is the proper punishment for this dear offence!

  • Zayashuku*

Try making your own. It's very easy and sooo cheap.

  • SpiderDroid2*

Don't put down something you have never tried. For all you know, it could be delicious. It shows you are small minded when you coment on something you know nothing about.

  • Outspeaker*

Olive oil can most certainly be used with frying. Only the firt pressed virgin Olive oil isn't because it has a low smoke point and will burn quickly when frying. However regular olive oil is great for frying. =)

  • You eat what you like. It's subjective, if you are healthy and happy then whats the problem?

  • Made this. Loved this.

  • This tastes great with spinnich too! yum

  • "breakfast is one of my favourite meals of the day". Like you have so many meals to choose from each day? What a stupid comment.

  • @MrDarkbloom lol

  • @MrDarkbloom also real breakfast = eggs, bacon, sausage, toast and butter

  • @BlackRoses555666

I'm sure you arteries are thanking you for that!

  • @lastplacewin i hardly have that kind of breakfast. And besides i am healthy.

  • @BlackRoses555666

Yes! And you can find vegan egg, bacon and sausage recipes too. Try it, you might like it. I know you'll feel better.

  • @MrDarkbloom Hey, buddy. Not everyone eats only 3 times a day; don't be an asshole.

  • @MrDarkbloom

Hmm, your comment did not make any sense. You obviously don't know anything at all about veganism and foods. There are many many breakfast meals vegans can have. Pancakes, tofu scramble, fakin' bacaon and sausage. Coffee cake", soy yogurt, oatmeal and cream of wheat. Almond milk (if you haven't tried this before, it is the most creamiest milk I've tasted. I was surprised you couldn't taste any almond in it at all.). Hash browns, french toast, crepes, the list goes on and on...

  • geeez ...at least zoom in on the food

  • Very Creative. Excellent presentation Julie. Now I know.

  • what is the yellow stuff? I have never seen something like that...what is it called again?...nutricional what? I wonder if i can find it here in Germany too...

  • @phabbiola It's 'Nutritional Yeast (Nährhefe in German)'. I think some German companies produce it.

  • @Daviysoh thank you

  • I make something similar and put it in whole wheat tortilla for dinner

  • Is peanut butter vegan? I have looked it up and found answers saying it is, but some say it isnt whats your opinion?

  • @anime2diva Peanut butter doesn't contain any animal products. It's not a real "butter". The oiliness comes from the naturally occurring peanut oils. It's used in many, many vegan recipes as it is a good source of protein.

  • @anime2diva There are bug parts in there you know?

  • @anime2diva Yes it is. :) But stick with the adams natural or grind your own at a coop.

  • Well, I promise u I will do that tomorrow for breakfast, for real. ;-P

  • I just jizzed in my mouth....wait.

  • This looks absolutely delicious. I can't wait to try it! :)

  • That's very similar to my scramble tofu but I also add tomatoes.

  • Great video the meal looks delicious, that would fill me up for the day.

  • I want to see comments regarding this dish, not a huge argument. =/

  • i watched this while ordering delicious turkish kebab. mmmm..

  • yeah proud to be vegan :)

  • A woman in the kitchen.. nothing wrong here, moving on.

  • @sumala321 How original and clever of you ;)

  • @ReishaDoll You go girl!

  • If your a carnivore fine.. but don't come here trying to shit on our parade because we choose a different lifestyle. Only an asshole does that! Is your ego is so fragile you have to come tear us down to feel better? Looks like it.

  • Hey lady you are not suppose to use Olive Oil for cooking. Its should only be used for dressing and thats all. Olive oil's smoke point is like 150 to 200 degrees F. You are definitely cooking at a higher temperature. You might want to switch canola, sunflower or Safflower oil. But other than that nice recipe...

  • disgusting. My people invented tofu and it was meant to go as a partner to meat. Way to go western fad diet corporate shills! Real tofu is supposed to only last 3-5 days! Yours have weeks long shelf lives.

  • @bl91978 Shows how much your dumbass knows. Tofu actually rose as a staple food east asia because of the broad movement of vegetarianism amongst buddhist's during the Ming Dynasty . IDIOT! You don't even know your own heritage, you have no room to talk shit. STFU!

  • @viper8red If you believe that tripe, then I have a bridge to sell you. You can put a toll booth in front of it and make the money you pay me back in a day! There was no "broad movement" of vegetarianism. Buddhist monks were the only ones who were supposed to eat vegetarian. Laymen did not. Before you reply, you must go out and find a history class, because your pseudo-knowledge is little better than people who couldn't believe Caucasians built the pyramids... You racist types sadden me...

  • @bl91978 Jackass, I got my info from the wikipedia page on tofu. I trust wiki over your stupid idiotic ad hominem douchebag remark. Vegetarianism is older than Christ. How you get from tofu to racism is just lulzy. Go back on your meds and leave this thread.

  • @bl91978 WTF are you talking about. I got my info from the wikipedia page on tofu. And I trust wiki more than your stupid ad-hominem douchebag remarks. Nice strawman argument with the racism, you have no idea what nationality I am, which makes it that much funnier. Please stay in school.

  • you eat that with jam and toast ??? scary combination ... IN THE MORNING ??? molto strano signora

  • My husband and I tried this out this morning...great stuff! thank you!

  • once i get better i wanna make this 030

  • Nice, if you have like 3 hrs to spare.

  • @DJLunasf I think it took about 20 minutes.

  • @TheBurningBuddhist Oh, ok cool. Looked like it took a while. I'm a beginner though.

  • needs more bacon

  • looks disgusting i'll stick to meat

  • If you think people are supposed to eat rotting flesh, bovine mammary gland secretions or chicken periods then try putting a toddler in a playpen with an apple and a bunny and watch them play with the bunny and eat the apple.

  • @TWEETY65742 I wouldn't be so bombastic in your rhetoric. We evolved eating a diet almost entirely of meat, mainly because our evolution took place during an Ice Age. There are thing found in meat that are either not found in vegetables, or harder to absorb from vegetables, such as B12 and Omega-3. However, since this isn't the Ice Age anymore, we are able to substitue meat with a variety of veggies and supplements. I believe switching to a veggie/vegan diet is a practical and moral decision.

  • @TWEETY65742 I don't think you're helping change anyone's opinions by attacking meat eaters through such fiery language. Scientifically it is true that people evolved to be able to eat vegetables and meat. Instead, I think it would be better if you focus on the ethical issues involved in the meat industry or in unnecessary killing in general.

  • @TWEETY65742

    >Implying vegetables aren't dead and decaying biomass

    >Implying eating muscle tissue and meat didn't bring us to the itnelligent state that we are right now, even though after of thousands of years of evolution

    >implying you're not a wet nursed dumb shit that needs to villify meat in order to be able to not eat it.
