I'd love to know if one year later how it's going...I have done Paul Mckenna and had success, but I always seem to fall back into my bad habits again. I am once again back to trying his method for weightloss. It is the only one I am not miserable on.

i am not being funny but thats not verry good my wife lost seven pounds in one week just by reduceing the amount of junk food she eats and doing a bit of exersise by the time two months past she had lost 28 pounds let me no what diet you are on so i no to avoid it
