for long hair, better use green (Air Rise) or orange (Loose Shuffle) or Yellow (Nuance Motion) like you also can, but you can try gree or orange is good to use also. BTW I use orange and Gatsby CLAY. XD

i used it but u might needd to hairspray your hair when your done with this stuff because it wont keep your hair up for more then 6 hours
