  • Is that Mila Kunis kneeling down?!

  • How to explain it, it feels like the warm up before an orchasta plays with every one getting in turn and harmonzing, like the instrumens getting to kow each other before they come together and unleach their masterpeice, the feeling of anticipation and belonging, finding your place. working togeter and relizing what your doing is going to work. you have absolute knowing and cofidence nd as you play it just flows like a river swift, rageing or calm.

  • @sora28387 Thank you so much for this :) I've always loved hearing orchestras tune. It's the sound of pure possibility, of what if.

  • @UnconventionalAqua To me this sounds a lot more like a bagpipe's drone than an orchestra tuning up. An orchestra tuning up would be a lot less harmonious.

  • never thought of combining Handle with native american influences, this is the best corruption of both I have ever heard, this song could easily make someone cry at the right moment

  • I woke up to this on Pandora today. Fucking beautiful. I love Imogen.

  • I actually like this version much better than the original. The vocoding effect is much less obvious in this version, which is a bit easier for me to listen to. I also love drones in music; it seems to give the song a safe base all the way through so you can sort of center yourself through the whole song.

  • If you set this apart from the original and try not to compare, this is actually an incredibly beautiful (even the whatcha say part) I love both versions. (1st one better but anything Imogen Heap is great)

  • I love it :´(

  • sorry, didn't mean to get so heavy! LOL

  • I understand what yall are saying about the drop that’s not there, but the title of the vid is hide and seek 2, emphasis on the 2. Of course it wouldn't be the same as the first, because it’s a different take on the same concept. I don’t mean to be a captain obvious but maybe yall should appreciate the new twist on the song. It’s hard to make an already established song different and unique. I think this was a good crack at it.

  • What happened whit whatcha say?

  • Why are some of you complaining?

This is a beautiful, haunting song and Imogen is a wonderful artist.

    Just enjoy the music <3

  • where the hell's the dubstep?

  • Mmmm whatchya saaay, this part is just not making my daaay

  • I liked the Whatchya say part :D

  • This is no gimmick. Love it.

  • I like singing the first one while this one plays- it sounds extra-extra harmonized

  • I like this version just as much, if not more than the original. Look, if this had been the "original" and the first version had come out second, then everyone would be bashing that song. Stop looking for faults. If this was going to be the exact same as the first version then there'd be no point putting a "2" at the end of it =p

  • This one is more meaningful

  • I like this one better

  • i dont like it =O original version is like 235325432 times better

  • where was the climax? I kept waiting for it!! still awesome though...

  • I've managed to cry the last 5 times I have listened to this song... I absolutely love it! So beautiful!

  • sounds like they split the pitches and took out like 5.

  • @pugswanthugs123

    ILLUMINATI SONG

    PLAY IT BACKWARDS

  • @GunStreets

    -.-

  • GUYS listen to this with rainymood on... it's magical.

and yes, this is imogen as well (obviously)

  • For those asking where to find this, it is on the album 'Songs for Tibet - The Art of Peace'. And yes it is by Imogen.

  • @odaniel1 is completely right, if you've ever listened to her Pandora station it comes up. The background tones are more difficult to hear unless the EQ is right, but it's still a nice alternate version imo. :)

  • Comment removed

  • wow great like the original version .. but this is from imogen heap too ?

  • @Katemonster90

Yes it is. It was made for the compilation album "The Art of Peace".

  • wow so great :) like the first version

  • I wanna cry..

  • I agree with change up of the background music, it needs to compliment your beeeautiful cover!

  • i actually this better than the autotune/back-doored harmonies version... music in background is bit dull though in this version... wait... what music ? :S something in the background pleaase...

  • This is almost bad compared to the original :(

  • Where can I find the first version that Imogen heap did??

  • @AAABBBCCCAMAN

in the related videos, like 3 times...

  • @TKOConnor1 are you referencing Phelous from "TGWTG.com"? If so then AWSOME, I'm a fan of him too. :D

  • I am so in love with this version. Immi is so. brilliant.

  • Slow motion, characters dying.

  • Holy shit i just got so high to this

  • Wow. Yeah I am so moved by this song, brb going to listen to it again.

  • Wow! This version is amazing! Beautiful

  • slowmo bullet goin throughe head m watch ya say m that you only ment well

  • why dosent this vid have more views

  • I am amazed at how many brilliant songs don't have a proper visual.

    IKONEQ FILMS will help you!

  • This is shit. The original was so much better. This is a lower quality production, and Imogen Heap could have done a lot better if she were going to remix her own music...

  • @tk3eazee believe it or not, this is Immi herself.

  • @tk3eazee believe it or not, this is Immi herself. Try to watch it from a different angle man. It's like a natural tribe tune or something. Like old swiss (where I come from) or irish or every other countrys music. One single note as a fundament and a melody layered over.

  • @tk3eazee You disgust me for just blurting things out before even learning. On top of that, this is a REALLY good song.

Just because it's different from the original, doesn't mean it's any lower queality. It's all her. And all great.

  • Hmmmm... I still think the original is so much more beautiful and emotional....

  • i didnt think this song could get any better...but it did

  • Thanks CSI:Miami :)

    Good Song! *-*

    ♥♥♥

  • Actually liked the ¨Mmm whatcha say¨ bit.

  • Imogen recorded this for 'Songs for Tibet', a charity record for Tibetan freedom. She decided to record it with an Indian Strutti box drone in the background because she thought it gave a feeling of Tibetan chanting.

  • @DavidB5501 thanks. That makes this easier to take.

  • oh my god

  • this is beautiful but they ruined the whatcha say part :(

  • I keep waiting for the drone to change pitch, because I know that as soon as it does my heart will just... drop, and I'll get that amazing adrenaline rush. I just keep waiting and waiting. :( It should happen.

  • 2 :o

its better i love she is soo good at singing

  • The first time I heard this version I actually cried. It's so touching.

  • much better than the original, I love it

  • WTF is this bagpipe sounding crap in the damn background?!?!

  • @GreenSharpieGreen It's called a drone, its very common in these types of songs.

  • @TylerLevicki

Really? The few drones ive heard sound a bit different...interesting though; Thanks for informing me ;-)

  • speachless :) just awesome

  • It sounds more like a dirge..makes the ache even more poignant in a way...but I must say I still prefer the original that even with the robotic hint to the harmonizer used..has a starkness to it that just lays the pain and the beauty bare.

  • This is definitely Immi :) just bc she doesn't have her harmonizer throughout the whole song doesn't make her any less mesmerizing.... and we finally get to hear the harmony she originally intended!! Jason Derulo will never be able to make magic this. Ever. ;)

  • Disappointing compared to the original.

  • *isn't her

  • Ah, this is the name! I heard this on pandora and could find it. I believe this was for some benefit...Tibet or something.

  • HOLY CHICKEN FUNGUS, THIS IS AMAZING

  • How can people say it's not Imogen Heap? It's definitely Imogen Heap, her original and beautiful voice still here.

  • @FinalFantasyFan300

They're saying it's not her in the picture.

  • I love this version! The song "Watchya Say" or whatever messed up the other version for me. <3 Imogen Heap

  • So sad how the love story ended.

  • Well, it was nice and very beautiful, but the watcha say was rather disappointing =/

And yeah it did kinda feel like it could have built up to some great finale but oh well.

  • it said one of my videos used this song... no it didnt

  • This was uploaded on my birthday last year XD score! That makes this song lucky for me XD (since the first time I listen to this version it's on a video uploaded on my birthday!! : D) It's a really great version! They both are!... I don't know which version I like better :O Both freaking awesome! But this one has more... of that feel to it...that mysterious emotional feel to it. I love it :):):) <3

  • amazing. so amazing that i had to write amazing one more time.

  • i will always see blood dropping from trey's chest. oh, that was a great moment on oc. :) sometimes music matches perfectly to a movie scene.

  • I felt like the whole song was a lead up into something great.. It never came.

  • @amoraangel12---thats bizarre and creepy...just sayin.

  • they destroyed the best part D:

    the "what you say" part..

  • this ones okay, but I like the original better.

  • I will never stop listening 2 this song!!!!!!! Never!!!!!! Ever!!!!!!!! As I listened I just swear I could hear children praying(weird)!

  • I've already heard this song 4times and can't get enough!!!!!!

  • Best song I've ever heard, hide and seek II makes think of an angel singing. I know for a fact that I will sing this song all week, month, and year!!!!!

  • Wooow ...has a very Celtic n strong feeling to it with that note held in the background!!

    Nice... thanks Imogen!! Amazing!

  • I am a hungaryan girl...Flutist its...sad, altaugh its amazimg! Brava

  • im not sure but is anyone else seeing the picture move?

  • @MrPangulo007 at which point of the video did you see it?

  • @MrPangulo007

    it does not.

but if you keep staring at it, its seems to be moving:D

  • @MrPangulo007

... on account of the lsd. :D

  • @MrPangulo007 I do.

  • In this version the lyrics are much more clearly pronounced, I discovered I was wrong about certain parts of the lyrics because in the regular version it's too blurry to understand. In general the song is better too.

However the "Hmm watcha say?" part and beyond is much worse than it is in the original. She changed the tone too much and it just doesn't sound right.

  • Goosebumps. <3

  • i feel that this song is amazing but i also think there should be a point of build up..sort of a climax..i think it would make it ten time even better!

  • This is like the best song to meditate to, especially if you hum to it.

  • My Colorguard is doing this version for our show case peice and our character is that were aliens that have come down to earth :)

  • @KittyCatJones101 OMG Im jealous!!! We did stupid beach boys the only year i was in Guard!!!

  • This song can amazingly be interpreted to correspond with any tragic event..but I like to think of it as relating to the Holocaust

  • I cried... this song is so beautifully sad

  • wow, that was beautiful. Usually mixes like this sound awful, but Imogen made it sound just as good as the original.

  • This is beautiful!

  • that was fucked...

  • This version scares me....it sounds like something from a horror movie O.O

*goes and hides in a closet*

  • Not NEARLY as good as the first one...

  • the refrain fucking sucks in this version. The rest is good, but damn...

  • I think this song is about the Native Americans being kicked out of thier own land. "Oily marks appear on walls where pleasure moments hung before the takeover, the sweeping incensitivity", "All those years, they were here first"

  • @11MrBrightside actually this song is in response to 9/11

and no i did not pull that outa my ass, imogen saud so herself

    but i prefer the original

  • I'm kinda in love with this song.

  • Oh my god, amazing!

  • where could i download this? i couldn't find it on itunes

  • @SarahAnn1232 its on a album called "Songs for Tibet" or something similar to that. It's on itunes.

  • I prefer the first one since the background buzz in this one kills it a bit.

But, I love Imogen's vocals in this one. She changes the tone like how she does it in the live version.

  • I actually slightly prefer it to the original!

That may be because the original was vastly overplayed, though (due to exposure on shows like the bloomin' O.C!)

  • this version is better to understand the lyrics but I like the other version more

  • @StevieJJhall1997 can you tell me what is this song's about? i don't understand. but i think it's have an important message or something else.

not bad. but i like the other version. The other version is more beautiful :)

  • @mkgrind this song is about the holocaust.

  • @SaturnGirlDark13 thank you.

  • @SaturnGirlDark13 No it isn't. Someone made that up.

  • @DavidB5501 really? it all made so much sense!!

  • The other version is better, but this one is more beautiful. I almost cried.

  • it's kind of hard to beat the first one. they have the right cords to make you feel. this one isn't bad at all though.

  • @Randomguy2121 there are no chords in the first one. its an accapella with vocoder added

  • i prefer the 1st one it's sooooooooooo much better coz she uses vocoder!

  • Cried like a baby when I first heard this version... Love this song

  • i like this one more because i like the build up.

  • this version has an Eastern flare which is very meditative, to say the least!

  • i personally like the first one better =)

  • I could be wrong but is that Mila Kunis in the picture..

  • @James87beast yeah I think it could be. she's damn fine.

  • @James87beast looks kinda like her

  • @James87beast no, its Imogen Heap

  • @TreeSniffer2 no its not.

  • @TreeSniffer2 I dunno who it is, but i know its not Imogen heap

  • @James87beast yes it is go download it off itunes or amazon...and listen to both versions...it is her homeboy

  • @reggaetonpimp sorry think there is some confusion there, i'm not saying the person singing isn't Heap, it clearly is. I'm saying the person in the picture isn't here which someone said it was.

  • @James87beast I think the girl is beautiful in the picture..but....Mila Kunis is 39 times skinnier than most... so no?

  • @James87beast yes and she is so pretty ^^

  • @James87beast have you heard her shit in Puscifer? its sex in your ear btw

  • freaking great song and artist :D great job with the vid..love the pic :P

  • I just heard about this version, thank you!!

  • amazing and beautiful xD

I've been looking for this for ages, thanks for uploading
