to put characters in mugen, you need to dl the character then extract it into the chars folder, then go data and double click select.def, then you type in the character's folder in exact words under the character section in select.def and theres your char

MUGEN, a game (engine?) made by a person who goes by Elecbyte. For this, I CALL HIM GOD. Wanna know how to get it? Google search for it. 'MUGEN' would do just fine. Downsides? You gotta customize Everything yourself. Sounds, lifebars, special-moves backgrounds, stages, and even those characters you dreamed of. As of the 'is this game real' comment...I dunno how to put it. BUT-you can throw it on a (what I did) hacked XBox (Evolution FTW). Soo..yeah.. =D

Mugen means 'infinite' in Japanese, it is a play on words for the amount of characters can be had in this game.

And, the RC car company is Mugen Seiki.

I don't know as of yet (so please disregard this tip if you Really want Accurate help) but in the fight.def, if not mugen.cfg (don't know Why there, but it wouldn't hurt to check) files, along with info about the font and hit sparks and crap maybe there's a spot where you can fiddle with the small mp3 file that makes the announcer person say what it is they say before the fight..though I wouldn't know what it would be called or How to even locate it..Sorry. o_o;
