Do they not check products that are returned . I never herd of a retailer putting things back on the shelf after it left the store with out it being checked. Some staff or manager should be in the unemployment line

I can't believe that the police are so stupid! This is obviously an inside job.

1. No sales assistant would accept a return on an expensive item like this without. Heckling the contents of the box.

2. No scam artist would risk returning a lump of clay because if the sales assistant opened the box (see 1) and they would immediately call the police!

This was obviously pulled off by one or more employees. I am sure they quit after they got the swag and the police could easily track these ex-employ

the customers swith over the ipads for something else, that's why CCTV should be all positioned over the staff at all times to Guarantee the customers items and saftey, and plus security i feel sorry for the Customer he was a victim and the finger was pointed at him it's disgusting i hope they gave him compensation for the troubles caused and plus the staff should look carefully when a customer returns a expensive item, people can't be trusted these days

When a client returns an item, they are supposed to look inside the box to ensure everything was properly returned. I've seen it done.
