DragonBall Evolution. King of Fighters. Resident Evil. Speed Racer. Street Fighters. Tekken. (although the character appearances were good cuz Namco helped) wow. Hollywood are retarded in making movies that were based on Japanese stuff. look at Jap movie that based on their anime/manga: Death Note. (accurate character but plot was a bit different) Gantz. Japanese battleship Yamato. although their plot aren't really following the anime/manga plot but the characters are totally accurate.

You can tell this is all wrong immediately just by looking at Goku's character. The guy was brought up in the middle of the forest and spent most of the Dragonball series feeling peoples genitals to find out if they were male or female. Understandable they couldn't put that in the film, but the actor completely missed his innocence. He thought Bulma's motorbike was a monster come to steal his fish for goodness sake.

This isn't Dragon Ball. It's some other shit. Instead of wasting their money making a live-action movie the writers could've gotten the rights to make an animated feature film or another series. I would've prefered another series. Than they could've made 2 or 3 new Super Saiyan levels like they have in the Dragon Ball AF animations online. The writers of this movie would've had to pay Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball, some series paper if they created another series.

If i had the money and to make a live action dragonball z movie for one it would be much darker the majority of the cast would be Asian. It would follow the story of the series (probably a re telling of the saiyan saga when vegeta and nappa arrive on earth) and the fight scenes would be similar to what you saw in matrix revolutions (the final battle between neo and agent smith)

You can tell this is all wrong immediately just by looking at Goku's character. The guy was brought up in the middle of the forest and spent most of the Dragonball series feeling peoples genitals to find out if they were male or female. Understandable they couldn't put that in the film, but the actor completely missed his innocence. He thought Bulma's motorbike was a monster come to steal his fish for goodness sake.

This isn't Dragon Ball. It's some other shit. Instead of wasting their money making a live-action movie the writers could've gotten the rights to make an animated feature film or another series. I would've prefered another series. Than they could've made 2 or 3 new Super Saiyan levels like they have in the Dragon Ball AF animations online. The writers of this movie would've had to pay Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball, some series paper if they created another series.

goku never went to school -- much less highschool ... and he never had to win chichi's affection... she pretty much tricked him to marrying her when she was a kid, and he was too nice not to follow through when he turned 18ish. the original king picolo had no control over oozaru, actually, goku didnt even... and he kinda needs a tail to hulk out anyways... which i dont think he had...
there was a lot wrong with it even though it was just dragonball ... hate to burst your bubble...

I only said nbonilla is needlessly hating on dragonballz fans, because yes,the movie is based on dragonball rather than dragonballz, but really it's only very loosely based on dragonball. I never said there were no similarities...
It seems to me that the anime and movie are just as much the same story as two dudes who look similar are the same person.

If i had the money and to make a live action dragonball z movie for one it would be much darker the majority of the cast would be Asian. It would follow the story of the series (probably a re telling of the saiyan saga when vegeta and nappa arrive on earth) and the fight scenes would be similar to what you saw in matrix revolutions (the final battle between neo and agent smith)
