  • Commodity increases by 10 % ? and inflation by 1% ? , that what i call funny math.

    There are numerous scenarios under which the commodities can rise way faster than inflation. For example companies can decide to sacrifice margins in order to retain sales levels. The result will be low inflation, despite rising commodity prices. I'm sure you can think of other scenarios....

  • @nikinatora Inflation doesn't immediately occur in retail prices, first commodities, then the rest follows.

  • I don't think this guy is aware of QE2, or the fact that the more moola you put into the system the LESS VALUE each $ has. I'm clearly on the other side of the fence, so I stopped watching at prediction #2.

    Secondly, what kind of history does he has for accurate forecasts??? Well, you decide if this is credible, or B.S.!

  • In the U.S. the fed will print more money to offset the slaughter of our mortgage market.
