I think the dislikes are because Japan is a very tranquil and harmonious country and many would think that this guy is making a jackass of all tourists. Which is true, it's most likely that all of the japanese that saw him got really furious, rather than amused. It's funny yes, but it gives foreigners a bad image. I don't really care though.
