I'm pretty sure it's from the Mage Arena.

It's like a mini-quest and it gets you a sara/guth/zmmy cape, a staff of the god you chose and a spell, only castable with the right staff in your hands. I'm pretty sure the one of Zamorak is called: The flames of Zamorak. Good Luck on the quest!
