You can find all of the Cisco IOS versions on Cisco's site for free download. You will need to have a CCO (Cisco Connection Online) account to access them. That generally requires a service contract with Cisco. If you can't get a CCO account, the only other option is to do a Google search and see if someone else is sharing the image.
