It's not a hack, you can just go to the screensavers and choose them. I got the first one.

If you type bubbles.scr /655552 bubbles will appear over top of your immediate screen. Whether you are online or just looking at your desktop; the bubbles go away when you move the mouse. You can do this with Aurora and ribbons as well. ENJOY!

Yes, but it would be difficult to use one of THESE screensavers as the background. And btw, this works on xp too. What you do is make an HTML document, embed a movie or flash, make the appropriate dimensions to cover the whole screen, then choose it as your wallpaper. Of course, you will need the movie/flash already and basic knowledge of html. The effect will also lag your computer if it's too old.
