I got kind of carried away with the description. xD But that Monty Python quote does seem to work well with superheroes, seeing as they all die then stroll back a few months or years later. "Hey guys, what did I miss?"

Well done. The Guy/Ice relationship was one of the best things to come out of that version of the Justice League, and it developed like a classic movie romance. One of the high points for me was when Ice finally got Guy to admit that he loved her.

@Solitaire001 Thank you! I agree that it's a really well done romance and yeah, I adore that issue. The ending is arguably my favourite Guy/Tora moment.

I'm really disappointed that JLI is starting from scratch in the reboot, but in the first issue, it looked like they knew each other so hopefully, we will be seeing some sort of relationship start again with Guy and Tora.

Oh, my goodness! I love you so much right now! Guy and Tora were one of my all-time favorite comic couples (actually, I have very few favorite comic couples, because they usually seem too contrived, but I digress...) and I had no idea there were any videos about them out there in the YouTube world! I KNOW! OMG! If I wasn't turning into mush, my heart was BREAKING INTO PIECES for this couple. D= And then I'd turn to mush again, because Tora's awesome and Guy is such a sweetheart when he wants to be.

I haven't read much of GL either- but someone just recommended the 'Green Lantern: Secret Origin' TBP to me and I'd definitely suggest catching up on the 'Green Lantern Corps' ongoing! ^_^

Yeah, I think a character like Guy is someone you have to get used to. xD But I've grown really fond of him after reading JLI.....I don't really have a favourite GL though.
