Musicians know that he is a highly regarded, and I don't use this term lightly..musical genius, who has a massive workload to deal with every show. Managing and directing the band, listening to cues from the director, all at the same time playing it around with Dave. Doesn't matter if you don't care, the guy is absolutely incredible and apparently an amazing guy too.
