  • I know they are the best in the World and I ain't trying to act smart, but I was wondering why do Ronnie, Jay and other Mr Olympias when working out, they never use full range of motion or the form that most people use?

  • @TwoBadMilosDead You don't have to do a full-range of motion all the time, if you're wanting to focus and isolate on one specific part, it's good to not fully extend so that you're fully isolating. i.e., when I do isolation bicep curls, I rarely extend my arm all the way down, I try to do a 45 degree angle then lift it back up and squeeze as hard as I can and lower back to 45 degrees and repeat.

  • my shouldes hurt just from looking at that bodybuilding bench press technique... ...the worst thing is - i see young guys doing this all the time at my gym but even for max. effort day... ...i think cutler knows what he is doing and if he was to press lot of weight, he would use the powerlifting style too... ...bottom line - bodybuilding ruins young uninformed guys in the gym... ...they try that bodybuilding isolated style for everythign regardless how heavy they go...

  • im not good at bench since i mostly do dumbells should i go heavy on the smith machine

  • @chaossoulinorder if your only using dumbells you should be dumbbell benching, which is alot better then regular bench because you'll have a larger range of motion and you control the weight much more.

  • @chaossoulinorder Dumbbell benching should get you faster gains then using a bar or smith. As the other guy said, you can't compensate the weaker arm using the stronger one so you have to use more muscle to control it and you get better motion.

  • @chaossoulinorder Range of motion is important but i have to say barbell benching is better because u need to lift heavy as possible with good form and for a descent amount of reps and for me i just cant go as heavy on db presses. I do db presses and flies but i focus more on barbell benching. I normally do the flies and pushups for the range of motion. Everyone is different though, best advice is to stick with what works. If db presses have been working then there is no need to change it up.

I've been in working out for nearly 4 years now, and i must say that i will try steroids when i reach my genetic potential, because i was a skinny motherfucker when i started weightlifting, and i'm not satisfied with my current looks!

  • hmm.. now that's new for me...wich ingredient of banana is so good for th workout?...It is usually not advised to consume anything besides some stimulant(like caffeine) in the last hour before workout.Anyway i tend to eat 2 bananas everyday just not before workout but at the mid of afternoon

LM-X lean muscle-x it's not a real dangerous steroid but it extremely reduces your fatpercent. and it normally has the effect of eating 15 bananas. and you should know if you go to the jim and you eat 2 bananas before starting your exercise your musclemass is twice as actif.
