Seems about right. Places like Uganda have a higher proportion of men because of sexism against men, affirmative action. Due to the gender differences between men and women more men enjoy positions of power. Likewise, more women are teachers and nurses because of gender differences.

Because a lot of those other countries have quotas for female candidates.
