Seems about right. Places like Uganda have a higher proportion of men because of sexism against men, affirmative action. Due to the gender differences between men and women more men enjoy positions of power. Likewise, more women are teachers and nurses because of gender differences.

@Ralphdraw3 Men tend to be more dominant than women, more confident, and generally like leading from the front more due to testosterone. Men and women also both prefer male bosses. Women have babies more which interupt careers.

Because a lot of those other countries have quotas for female candidates.
