no i'm mostly on the right, but with insurance companies, i'm on the left with the single payer folks, the bloodsucking insurance companies are definately worse than the gubernment, at this point, i support john conners bill, hr 676 for single payer, see the link on my playlist, but hey, it was too good, so they took it off the table..thanks business roundtable, all 35 members of healthcare and drug ceo's, thanks a lot..greedy bastards
Do you people have jobs? If you did you would have health insurance. How can the government run health care when they can't even run the post office. The post office runs at a deficit annually even with increased yearly postal fees and sometimes semi-annually increases. What makes you think a bunch of attorneys with little or no business acumen and medical expertise can run the health care system or shall I say run it into the ground.
I only support a single payer health care system because I know my paycheck is going to be robbed to pay for some unconstitutional plan or another and as long as it is, I'd prefer it to be used on things that help my fellow citizens like health care rather than buying more bombs, bullets, tanks, fighter jets, etc. for unwarranted, unprovoked, unreasonable, and unconstitutional wars of aggression against nations that don't pose any harm to our own... especially when it's based on lies.
What a great video. The story of the majority of Americans that absolutely want health care for all WILL be televised, by courageous videographers like Steve, that is!
This is great work and the people here are well spoken. This is not a right/left issue. The number reason for bankruptcy in the US is health care. Opponents to single payor say they do not want governmental bureaucrats making health care decisions for them. Who's doing it now? For profit health care insurance bureaucrats.
I'm glad to see real Americans standing up for what America really needs. Notice how these protesters are far more intelligent, rational, and literate than the teabaggers who rant and rave with signs that have spelling and grammar errors while shouting idiotic bumper sticker slogans.
The sad part is, the teabaggers/Ron Paultards are people who would benefit from single-payer health care, since many of them are working-class people.
I wouldn't lump Ron Paul supporters in with the tea baggers. Ron Paul is a man of integrity and honor, and other than his stance on abortion, he's voted along libertarian lines.
Many of Dr. Paul's supporters voted for him based on the fact that he doesn't take money from special interests, he votes along Constitutional lines, and he isn't a sell out.
The US Constitution is actually a very anti-democratic document written with the intention of protecting the ultra-wealthy (the "minority of the opulent") from the majority.
Your claim that "Paul doesn't take money from special interest" is bullshit. He took money from Stormfront, a white supremacist group.
If you want to know about Paul's crap, watch a video called "End the Fed Revew" by Youtuber mr1001nights.
The United States of America isn't a democracy. It's a Democratic Republic. The U.S. Constitution is the greatest foundation of a government in all of recorded history.
Capitalism is not a bad word and neither is profit. Wealth is not a bad thing either.
The Constitution gives the most people the most freedom with the least government involvement in our lives. Government just ignores it.
The Constitution does nothing to victimize the poor. Perhaps you should read a history book or two.
