Prior to th 1970's most rail companies. Union Pacific, Mo-Pa, SSW, PRR, ect... Had passenger service for their rail lines.
In the late 60's with problems of competing rail lines not allowing other companies to run on their trackage. Amtrak was formed to take the passenger service.
People went to the FEMA Camp during New Orleans during Katrina. Some Hawaiians due to this Tsunami happening now went to a FEMA Camp. They are activated only upon disasters. No conspiracy and are not secret.

Basically it a large complex of buildings that was built by the New York Central RR to work on passenger, Frieght cars, and locomotives. the reason this complex is so large is because it used to be able to build steam locomotives and frieght cars practically from scratch. Amtrak aquired the facility in the 70's and they still use it but not the the extent it had been. Fenses with barbed wire are to keep thiefs out.

I have to admit, it does look like a concentration camp. Why do you need barbed wire fences that face inwards. Those types are used in prisons to keep people in. You face them outward to keep people out. Why does it have electronic turnstyles. I live in Indianapolis, and have followed such things as FEMA camps, there is no denying their existence because FEMA admits to them, I've been to the Beech Grove facility and Honestly didn't find anything that was extraordinary, and I laughed at myself for believing something so dumb, THEN I realized that AMTRAK is OWNED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Prior to th 1970's most rail companies. Union Pacific, Mo-Pa, SSW, PRR, ect... Had passenger service for their rail lines.
In the late 60's with problems of competing rail lines not allowing other companies to run on their trackage. Amtrak was formed to take the passenger service.

Basically it a large complex of buildings that was built by the New York Central RR to work on passenger, Frieght cars, and locomotives. the reason this complex is so large is because it used to be able to build steam locomotives and frieght cars practically from scratch. Amtrak aquired the facility in the 70's and they still use it but not the the extent it had been. Fenses with barbed wire are to keep thiefs out.

In 2006 KBR was contracted by the US gov to build "detention centers" in the US. THIS may not be one of them. And thanks for your info. But that does not negate the fact that they do exist and they will be used if a national emergency is declared and people freak out or don't like what's happening.
