absolutely breath-taking.........I am a singer also and was very moved by this performance. Great voice control for most of it except at the very last note, and the tonal quality was very good as well. also the dynamics were wonderful as well. very good performance!!
the speach befor she performs this song is about our guys fighting in the war and how song this song is one of the national songs sung with guys and girls who are fighting for our countries, needless to say, one of my best friends is training to fight.... Rebeccas, me and mum Sheringham, sobbing, third row, you were amazing
Hard to believe such a beautiful sound can come from such an ordinary looking human being. There are some voices out there that are so incredible. It just blows me away how some people can sound so impossibly lovely.
Nope, Judy Kuhn was Cosette in the original Broadway Cast. Rebecca Caine originated the role in London but didn't go on to Broadway. If you listen to the OLC though, that's Rebecca. Judy is on the OBC

I am currently working on this song, and even though it was originally written for a tenor, I prefer it in a soprano voice.

Beautiful voice! I saw her in Phantom of the Opera twice in Toronto and have loved her ever since. A very talented lady.

Truly incredible! I've never heard this song done by a woman (let alone the original Cosette) and it is utterly beautiful.
