you can do that on the ground as well when you hook the ground hit the space bar it will send you up to the fast speed and if you have the boots you will start running when you hit the ground but it is harder to do and must be timed on a flat ground
@MrAWSM62 You need a hook, which is a random drop off Skeletons, and you need to craft 3 chains, which are made from using Iron Ingots on a furnace and anvil.
