probably it looks like those who are geting beaten are innocent but they aren't they are looters, they are throwing stones. so its not about being black or white. do you remember how italian POLICE bet they fellow whites in protests against WTO reunion held in MILAN back in 2000?

We do not see them looting in any clip. But we certainly see some savages beating them. Even if they were looters, I am sure Uganda has laws on the books to handle such cases. If it does not, then it should be dismantled for being a lawless country.
