Hello Yuan and thank you. A very lovely song. Both Rafi and Lata versions are excellent. Roshan composed the tune of this song as early as 1952 but the song was not sung till 1965. Amazing!

In 1989, I attended a show of mediocre singers(from bombay who claimed to be professionals). After the the show, a lady said "Wow, this singer sounded very close to Rafi". A man responded to her "When the Lion dies, all the Jackals come out from there holes & claim themselves as lions". Well said!
