I really like how the game forces you to expand. Build something, Prosperity decreases. Ok, build something to increase Prosperity. Done. Whoops, Productivity is in a deficit. And so on.

Personally, I just use Societies for casual gameplay. It's pretty fun making cool-looking cities. However, I don't see it as a SimCity game. SimCity games are about strategy and management; there is a pretty substantial lack of both of those in Societies.

Guys, calm down, this isn't meant to be a SimCity 5! Its gameplay is entirely different. This focuses on the social aspect of a society so its different from normal simcity games. I admit it could've been done better in many ways and it gets boring after a while, but its not as horrible as many make it out to be.

This game sucks really! Simcity 4 is the best because you can make bigger cities create a whole land, And do missions. In this you cannot create the place as you want instead you have to click the random button until it shows a perfect place to builder a city on.

In my opinion a fun game not as hard core or dynamic as simcity 4 was and still is * i mean to competition for city builders is getting better still not at maxis's level yet* but it still is an open ended city building game the lets you imagination be the horizon i find the inter Dependant building elements an interesting way of making city prosper and in someways possibly more complicated than than simcity 4.

A lot off computers have very bad bug, also in my computer. Game shutdown often. And it doesn´t happen because too low computer, i have very good computer, and all lot exceed game requirements, and nothing fix it, so i think this isnt very good game.

I (and probably all real SC fans) find this the worst SimCity to date. It's just too easy. Tilted Mill screwed too much with the original SC gameplay and removed virtually all micromanagement and other typical SC features.

Maxis should have finished Spore first and then started on a REAL and worthy SimCity 5.
