ok, when your bow/shield, whichever one you get first turns back into a crystal, go back to her and she will give you the option of a bow or shield, now if you get the bow, you can always go to the Grand Exchange and get the Shield. Hope this answered your question.

Sharks are to pricey for what they heal. They are only good for pking because those few hp points can really make a difference. I recomend monks.

and anyway you can't make a guide after the quest but during the quest. Otehrwise all fights and things are done which means you can't show them again.

The roving elves actually do show up at a spot next to Tyras's camp as well. It's kinda hard to see, but it's right next to the camp. The elves actually switch between the location in the vid and the location next to Tyras's camp every couple of minutes or so.
