I found this while searching for vids on the Fender Hot Rod Deluxe. Nice glassy tone on your setup. I bet an Ibanez Tube Screamer would be a nice addition. That red version of the amp kicks ass.

hehe no luck buying it from me! luckily the local city music store had 2 in stock .. this one . and the olympic white with mint green pickguard. you can order it from any fender authorized dealer for around 1500 if your american around 1999 if your canadian lol which I am . but we haggled the store and got it fro 1500 :)

good luck with that. fender doesn't sell the pickups by themselves. you may be able to pick them up on ebay for about 200 bucks EACH lol

Play both before you decide. I have an SRV strat, and god i love it, but in terms of tonal versatility...You can make a lot of strats sound like an SRV, but its hard to make an SRV sound like anything else. Just thought you should know. Good luck.

I if I get either I might swap out single pickups ie like trade the middle for a Big Dipper, bridge for a Vintage Noiseless.
