I had been incrementally increasing the image, mixing slight GB with USM till I got to the size I wanted. It still wasn't as good as the right size to start with but in a pnich it can work. I think this tutorial will work fine for me since I need to increase an image about 20% and it will be inverted and details added w/ D&B. I never consider overshooting the target size and then resizing down. Thanks.
