  • The theory that dairy product causes acne have been proven wrong by me. I have been drinking whole milk by the quart every night before going to bed for a month now and my skin have started to look rather amazing. What really causes acne is dead skin cells and food staying too long in your guts without you taking a shit. use a bath scrub and a wash cloth to shower Drink milk before going to bed and at 4am to 6am, you will fart alot and later take a big shit. thats a sign of good things to come.

  • i dont think dairy realy is the problem i think its only fatty food's cuz i still had acne even if i hated milk fuck you milk and it was soo many but it lessened when i grew up

  • Does it mean that some cooked food which Contains Diary products or milk also can cause Acne ? For example cheese pie.

  • @Skrebo96 Yes

  • @TalkingAboutAcne Well, I also learned that Hoofed animal meat also causes me to break out. Along with anything with dairy. When I Just eat chicken, turkey, beans, anything not Beef or pork related, I am fine. Also, I have to pay attention to labels because my Favorite Salt and Vinegar chips were breaking me out because they had...MILK.

  • your pretty <3

  • @VideoMakerOMG Thank you (:

  • As for your ear wax if you go to the health food store they have these ear candles that you light the bottom and it will funnel out all the ear wax out of your ear.And as for the initial breakout that seems to happen with anything you use to treat acne.I did a detox and broke out on my chest which is a place where I never get acne but it went away.I love going to the health food store they have all kinds of lactose things for people with allergies.Anyway good luck with your regimen.

  • @Taja548 Cool, I never heard about these 'ear candles' before. I'm definitely gonna try it out, thanks(:

  • Same here.I can't eat dairy anymore or I'll break out.My forehead was clear after stopping dairy consumption then I ate one small bag of cookies and I broke out all over my forehead. Then I had a speach a few days later.I hated going out.Its now getting better since I stopped again.I started taking vitamin a supplements and it helped clear my skin too.It sucks that some people can drink and eat and smoke whatever and still have slear skin but not us.Zinc and vitamin e is suppose to help too.

  • this is the softest steaming pile of bullshit i have ever heard. just peta propaganda attempting to spead lies to dumbasses like this person.

  • @cole3454657 Dude, calm down... this is good advice, I've tried everything for acne including 2 courses of roaccutane. Simply cutting dairy has had a seriously good effect - way more so than medicines which act to 'block' the problem rather than cure it. Whats it got to do with Peta anyway? You seem pretty angry and ignorant... not a good combo.

  • @inglese29 has everything to do with peta. they themselves purposely spread that lie to get people to stop using animal products. and i think your full of shit. becuase, ive cut down on dairy, and im breaking out. how do you explain that. i dont know how you got ignorant out of that, i just know the truth.

  • @cole3454657 Has nothing to do with Peta. So you know for a fact the girl who made the video is basing this on what she's heard from Peta? Its not just Peta saying it. And how do I explain you still having a problem - you've cut down on dairy, have you tried cutting it out completely? Just because it may not be the cause for you doesn't mean it isn't for someone else. So... its good advice, and can help a lot of people. Stop hating mate, no need for it.

  • @inglese29 so what your saying is correlation means causation? because its not. and peta is just an example of the the people who spead lies against meat and dairy products. im saying. im providing contradictory evidence to yours, and you cant explain it. dairy dosent cause acne. the myth started when peta and other such organizations spread it, in order to stop use of animal products. so, yes it has to do with peta. its not good advice. its lies. and bullshit.

  • @cole3454657 I think you mean 'because it doesn't' but anyway, yeah... generally correlation CAN mean causation. Either that or its a weird coincidence. I'm not definitively saying dairy causes acne, but for many people it could well be a significant contributing factor - there's enough evidence to support that theory. So you're actually saying dairy doesn't cause YOUR acne, but for other people it can still help & frankly I don't see the problem. I'll leave it there, life's too short. Bye.

  • @inglese29 so if i clapped my hands and a bolt of lightning occured, does that mean i am in control of lightning?? no. correlation dosent mean causation. and you seem to be saying that it does cause acne. so, naturally im going to respond as such.

  • I stopped drinking milk few days ago and my skin really did clear up! i have had this problem all my teen years till now and im 23 years old and i have tried every kind of lotion/drugs but nothing worked i washed my face many times a day and took showers still nothing worked,i just wish i had found about this earlier :D

  • @elvarwinston I'm happy to hear it worked for you! Congrats on your clear skin :)

  • thanks for posting this...i have been suffering with acne for ten yrs and never noticed that dairy products was breaking me out...now I drink almond milk and dramatically reduced my intake of cheese and ice cream..and my skin hasn't looked this clear in yrs

  • @simin621 I'm glad to hear that :)

  • omg i cut out dairy completely and my skin is getting better!!! even soy milk causes acne. drink water with everything you eat and 8 cups and ur skin will clear even more. so yea. :)

  • @twiztedaqua10 Glad to hear that! Yeah, I've heard of some people who are also soy-intolerant, but thankgoodness I'm not one of those people. I do drink lots of water, thanks for the suggestion :)

  • @TalkingAboutAcne changing pillowcases everyday helped me a lot. i tried all the vitamin things but made my urine smell lol

  • @twiztedaqua10 I change my pillowcases regularly too haha. I think I'm going to make a post on everyday things you can do to keep the bacteria off your face, because I'm already doing all of the suggestions I'm getting. That's weird, about your urine :/ Mine doesn't smell, it's just flourescent :P

  • @TalkingAboutAcne flourescent means ur body is absorbing it so that fine. i think cause i take to many other vitamins which is why it causes the smell because to many things are goiong into my body at once. yea i was breaking out on the side of my face because of my sunglasses. so i just stopped wearing them completly lol

  • I started with Vitamin b 5 about 12 days ago.

But I was on 10 gr after 3 days already...

But i guess it's better for your health if you do upper the dose more slowly like you do. (Diarreah...)

If you have oily skin than B5 might be worth a try.

And if you recognize a reduction in oil, but you're skin doesn't look clear then you might have to keep it on till your skin heals.

Hold your head up high and stay strong you girl :)

    Sorry for English.

GreetZ and don't forget the B-Komplex

  • @gladiatorxxyy I do have oily skin! But so far I haven't seen any reduction in oilyness. Thanks for your support :) & I am taking the B-Complex everyday too, just one pill to regulate.
