Everyone should learn a form of martial arts i am starting my training soon :] I have went through 70LBS of weight loss. And now focusing on muscle training for upper body and continuous swimming. Now this looks like its my next step i cannot wait to learn this because it can protect you and your family and your soul. Knowing to fight does not have to be for revenge or who is the strongest it could also be to better your inner self through discipline and i believe i am ready.

I'm Russian from Estonia. We don't have place to learn "systema" here, but i found that Wing Tsun (ushu) (kung-fu) is close to "sistema" in some points. looks very simple but very effective. sure there are huge amount of differences but very same in breathing and relaxation.
