How do you put sound effects in like MAMMA F*CKER and all that?

I got mamma f***er from MegaMan765's videos a long time ago, and I got others from here and there. To insert custom sounds, record your video clip, then extract the audio stream as a wave sound. I used Rad Video Tools for that, I think it's freeware. You can take the sound you extracted and edit it with Sound Recorder and insert voices from there. Then all you have to do is insert it back in with Movie Maker!
