The Prob with the E class cams, despite them being ford racing cams are the fact they have a pairing problem with the EEC.
Most of the E Cams are not very good for our cars, try an F cam or like me rock the Steeda #19 cam....straight drop in and go tune...no probs at all!!
yea idk what youre talkin about. you can get a comp cam for 260 bucks, the springs are another 100 bucks, and then you can install it yourself for nothing
over a grand with the cost of the cams and springs, then with a cam unless your a tool its mandatory that you get a dyno tune. So around 1500 bucks when its all said and done if you buy new cams and install them yourself, then take it to get tuned.
hey magic i got 89 lx had the same problem i checked every vac line and started to lose hope but later found out that it was the throttle postition senor check that and the idle control sensor
hey man quick question...see i have a 94 gt with the e303 and i cant get it to idle worth shit. itll idle real high, like 1200-1400, and then when it finally comes down it just lopes real bad till it dies. im pretty sure i dont have a vac leak anywhere, so tell me, how did u get urs to idle? im pretty sure u cant tune the computer cuz the module is like a cross between the fox one and the 4.6 one. so how?
did you put bigger valves in the stock e7 heads? what cam you running? b, e, 303??? any time slips or dyno pulls? reason im asking all the questions is i have a 95 gt with full bolt ons except heads. i wanna go with trick flow or afr heads but there expensive as hell... so i'll probally put some gt-40's, gt-40p's or built up stock e7's... what you think?

Thats assuming you leave the stock intake and shitty E7 heads on this car, which in reality is pointless

i love it. this is one of those cars that makes the bolt-on civic drivers' penises shrivel up into their bodies when they're next to it at a light.
