Wait so after its done rooting then, you just download rom manager and then you can add rome like sense 3.5 in it and Ice cream sandwich. :) But thanks works on HTC Inspire 4G/ Desire HD.

i did it and it was searching root shell and then z4root turned off and when i clicked on it again it didnt respond :(

@imperX1 did u have the phone on debugging? and then have the z4root.apk on ur sd card, install it and then u can run the program
