how come my head is always boiling .. ? always and im swetting from my head abit. is it cus im always tensed ..?

Its because anxiety affects your hypothalamus. I occilate between sweating and shivering daily:C It sucks.

itslike my head boils all the tim e, even if i fee quite ok to do some work at home , but i know its not normal at the same time . i see sensations an i start feeling scared and then i en up moving my hands to try to make it go away. i do stupid things and its killing me .. 'moving hands '' .. what does that cme under ?
