I've seen both your videos, I have the same suspension, Manitou Minute TPC Air 2007. It appears that you are running it in a very low pressure and your sag is huge. The fork uses all its travel very easily and this means that under breaking you have no travel for use. I would recommend to use more pressure on the fork and perform a repair (replace the seal kit) as it appears that your oil is licking. If you are replacing the oil, go with 5w oil.
