@evanescenceparamore1 The simple fact is that it was the "character" sally who was singing the song, so the composition had to sound erie and ominous. That's probably why you don't like it, but if you knew Danny Elfman's work, you would expect that. But you should look up Fiona Apple's cover. Personally, she's my favorite artist (it's either you love her or you hate her) In my opinion, her cover is the best.

If you knew the movie, you'd know it was released in 1993, and Amy Lee was just 13 years old then - they can't "let her play it in the movie" because she wasn't in Evanescence then. Amy Lee has just got the permission to make a cover of it in recent years.

All the notes are there by what I saw, I wrote all down for myself and it didn't seem to be missing anything. I did notice where the same notes were repeated but the tags weren't and that almost caught me up but I figured it out right away. ;p I was said when the tags ended though, I had to actually watch to write them down at that point. >:p But thanks for the vid it is very helpful.

do you mean at 0:19, the EG? They are there, they are the same as the first two notes, I just didn't repeat putting them up because it would be very crowded. All the notes are there in the beginning. ;)
