Holy fuck man, That is a huge difference. Im jealous, I could never keep up in 2wd. You have to watch out for those damn birds though, They will get you everytime. I need 4wd in the worst way. How do those tires compare to the sand paws?
I like the Panther paddles, because they came with foam. so they are alot stiffer. I have the paddles on beadlocks too, so that gives it a little weight for better traction. I loved the paws too tho. I just beat the crap out of them and now they are just lil stubs lol
I was lookin at the panthers when i got mine and they felt softer, but with foam that would make the difference. I also have mine on beadlocks from the ax. What does the 4wd conversion kit come with? I think i have everything but the bearings.
Not since I upgraded everything, but it sucked at first buying 2 of everything. My tranny itself is bulletproof and I have a external slipper clutch so that helps keep drivetrain breaks to a minimum. Rwd is easier on it tho but 4wd is fun.

bottom shaft for the tranny, front ds (short one) , shitty final drive (need HD), dogbones, bearings

The bottom shaft is part# 86812 drive shaft 6x32mm
Then HD final drive
