You have two types of DNS Servers: The first server is your 'preferred' server, the second one is your 'alternate' server. It is not uncommon for us to have the same DNS Server. 192.168.0.1 is the 'home' address for all D-Link and Netgear models. What you have in mind is your IP address. Every IP address is unique, but most DNS servers start with 192.168.0.
Regarding your question 'What do I do now'
If you want to open your ports, type in the first DNS address into your web browser.

everytimr i type the dns server i put the name admin but it reloads the passowrd and username box and doesent do anything like its not rite how come?

dude i have 2 DNS server numbers?? but my defaul gateway and dhcp server is exactly the same as yours... how come?? and wat do i do now?
