@bdwill61 I don't know, in my opinion doing slow pushups and counting them out with pauses are harder than regular pushups. I just got done with a basic 14week at the Iowa Academy and I'd rather just do as many pushups as I could in a minute versus the slow ass pushups we did during inspections like they did here.
